REFUND POLICY: If the client or the research analyst terminates the service agreement before the end of the subscription period, the client will receive a refund for the unused portion of the fees.

RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS: We understand the importance of an effective and expeditious resolution of complaints raised by the users using the products and services offered by the firm. The Concerned Officer shall promptly and no later than thirty days from the date of receipt of the grievance, take necessary steps to resolve the grievance. If no further communication is received from the User, upon receiving a response from us regarding their complaint/grievance, within the next ten days, the grievance shall be treated as satisfied & closed.

JURISDICTION: Transactions between you and the firm shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law.
